When you find a property with us that matches your requirements we will give you valuable advice on the negotiation process. You may wish to ask our in house building surveyor to visit the property with you to discuss any issues that are of concern or indeed look at the potential of the property in terms of conversion or expansion. Once you have had an offer accepted we will work closely with you to ensure that you feel comfortable with the buying process and moving matters forward. Advice will be offered on surveys, appointing a Notaire, the legal process, obtaining a mortgage and the transfer of funds.
